Expert hearing at the German parliament's economic affairs committee on economic security
On 10 April 2024, I testified to the German parliament's committee on economic affairs. The topic of the hearing was economic security from China.

Economic security and technological de-risking have become policy priorities of the European Union and the Federal Republic of Germany. In particular, dependencies from the People's Republic of China (PRC) have created a signficant concerns.
The committee on economic affairs of the German parliament discussed a motion put forward by the center-right grouping to establish an expert committee. Along with Julian Hinz, Mikko Huotari, Cora Jungbluth, Thomas König, and Friedolin Strack, I testified to the committee joining remotely from Paris.
